The PSG grant will now be expanded to include digital marketing solutions from October 2021. Its goal is to assist businesses in developing their digital marketing strategy, including content creation, digital marketing campaign execution, building an online customer base, and drawing more people to their brick-and-mortar locations.
Businesses can tap on the funds to obtain additional support in building an online presence, which is especially important as the Covid-19 pandemic speeds the migration to all things digital.
From 1 April 2023 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50% for all sectors.
The following services are now available with up to 50% funding from PSG.

The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) was established as part of Singapore’s economic transformation plan to position the country as a leader in technology, innovation and entrepreneurship. Assisting businesses and organisations in implementing technology solutions and equipment to improve their operations is at the core of the PSG grant.
Small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs) from various industries such as food, engineering, logistics, retail and eCommerce are covered under sector-specific solutions to encourage the adoption of IT solutions, equipment and consultancy services.
To qualify for up to 50% funding support, the applicant must be a local SME.
You are eligible:
1. If your business entity is registered and operating in Singapore
2. If your business has a minimum of 30% local shareholding
3. If you have at least 3 local employees at the point of application.
The Productivity Solutions Grant is supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority under the SMEs Go Digital Programme.

Claims can only be submitted after the solutions have been fully deployed and payment has been made for the services.
The turnaround time for a PSG application is up to six weeks.
But mostly, applications get processed within four to six weeks from the day you submit your application.
To speed up the processing time, you have to make sure the submitted quotations and invoices are the same as the pre-approved price packages — no proration allowed.
No. Any PSG grant awarded to a company in a financial year will not be taxed.
Yes. Companies can apply for more than one supportable digital solution or equipment under the PSG. However, they will only be able to claim up to 50% (50% from 1st April 2023) of the purchase price of each approved solution/equipment.
