We were tasked to improve online brand awareness for SK-II Boutique Spa and drive up subscriptions to their campaign promotions and app downloads. The success of the campaign would be based on driving traffic using a lower CPA compared to other marketing channels.
We chose Facebook, Instagram and Youtube to be the main online marketing channels for the company, with driving traffic through Facebook being the main focus. We carefully targeted and segmented our target audience to ensure the best conversation rate optimisation whilst creating a bank of content assets for SK-II Boutique Spa. Several photoshoots and videoshoots were also conducted with various models to build up these assets.
We saw a 30% increase in Facebook page likes and a 870% increase in Instagram followers, as well as higher traffic flow to their website.
