We started off this project with improving our understanding of the market. For F&B businesses, social media does play a huge role in driving traffic and increasing brand awareness. We selected Facebook and Instagram as the company’s main digital marketing channels for driving traffic. As a new brand in the market, high emphasis was placed on creating media assets. We constantly organised photo shoots and video shoots to generate audience engagement. We also ran ads on the chosen social media channels for better results.
From just the videos produced, we generated more than 100,000 views online and successfully increased audience awareness of Japan Gourmet Hall Sora.
