Japan Gourmet Hall Sora is a new style food court in Changi Airport Terminal 2 that houses six popular restaurants in Japan. We were tasked to improve the online presence of Japan Gourmet Hall Sora through the usage of social media.
We started off with this project with an understanding of the market. As of all F&B businesses, social media plays a huge role in driving traffic and awareness. We selected Facebook and Instagram, as the main online marketing channels to drive traffic. Being a new brand in the market, the high emphasis was given in creating media assets. As such, photo shoots and video shoots were constantly organised to generate audience interest. We also ran ads on social media channels which resulted in great results.
From our videosalone, we generated more than 100,000 views online and successfully increased awareness of Japan Gourmet Hall Sora.
